New Guidelines for Church Gathering - May 7, 2021

Greetings CrossRoads Family,

In light of the replacement of the Governor's "Safer at Home Guidelines" with the "Universal Best Practices Guidelines" we are going to adjust a few of the ways that we are able to gather for worship on Sundays.

The first, and most notable, change to the Governor's guidelines is the removal of the attendance restrictions. This means that we are no longer limited to 50% capacity of our building and thus we have removed the ropes between the pews.
This doesn't mean, however, that the need for masks and social distancing has been removed. We still need to give each other appropriate space to limit exposure. There are still a good many people, young and old, that have compromising health conditions and we need to continue to look out for one another and do our best to protect those who are vulnerable.

The Elders are asking that people who are comfortable, and have agreed beforehand, to sit together and thus create room for those who need more space. This should also create more space for those who wish to join us in person for worship.

The Elders are also asking that we all continue to wear masks when we gather inside. This is an easy way to communicate and exercise love towards one another. We are fully aware that there is disagreement about masks and their effectiveness but for the time being the Elders are going to continue to ask people to wear them inside the building.

We will continue to livestream our services on Facebook and YouTube for those who still wish to participate from home or are away from us. We will also continue utilizing only the offering box at the back of the sanctuary, the square, or giving via our website www.CrossRoadsOssipee.com

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out via phone or email.

In Christ,
Heath
